Before forming HS-Venturers, LLC, Managing Member Hagans owned and operated Hagans Enterprise, LLC, a residential rental business in Prince George's County, MD, for 20 years. She provided rental housing that participated in the Prince George's County housing assistance program (HUD), including Section 8-assisted tenants. The company received rental assistance payments through the applicable housing program and deposited them into its business bank account.
COMMUNITY PURPOSE: HS-Venturers, LLC recognizes the increasing need for affordable and flexible living options throughout the region. Subject to King George County zoning, land-use, health, engineering, and other applicable approvals, the company intends to explore how a professionally managed, long-term RV community can offer an additional option for individuals and families seeking safe, well-maintained, reasonably priced accommodations.
This experience now supports HS-Venturers, LLC's management philosophy: to develop a professionally managed RV community that is affordable, comfortable, respectful of its residents, and responsive to the needs of the King George County community.
